As a First Tier distributor, all of our products are brand new and ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, resulting in quick shipping and excellent customer service. Wholesale quantities are available for some items upon request.
Shipping
No expedited, express or overnight shipping is available.
We cannot ship to Post Office or APO/MPO boxes.
Only valid U.S. street addresses will be accepted within the lower 48 contiguous United States.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or international destinations outside the U.S.A. are not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience to those consumers.
Return Policy
Customer service is our top priority, and we will promptly correct any problems due to defect, shipping error or freight damage at no cost to our customers.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and want to return the items, we will gladly refund the purchase minus a 20% Restocking Fee and any applicable freight charges. PLEASE NOTE: The Restocking Fee is mandatory on all non-defective returns due to incorrect size/style/color, duplicate order, incorrect/invalid shipping address, or refusal upon delivery due to customer error. All refused or undeliverable items will be charged a Restocking Fee plus outbound and return freight charges.
Tax
Residents of CA, NJ and WA are required to pay state sales tax. If you have a reseller tax ID, please send that information along with your payment and we will void/refund the sales tax upon processing your order.
Payment
All invoices and payments are in US Dollars. We prefer payments online via PayPal or U.S. major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
We accept Public School District and Government Purchase Orders ONLY. Terms are Net 30. Please have your P.O. ready during the checkout process, then choose the "Purchase Order" option, and enter your P.O. number. **Note: Orders will not be shipped until a proper completed Public School District and Government Purchase Order is received. Please send all Purchase Orders by FAX to (619) 542-1469, or send by U.S. mail to the address below.
We apologize but non-Government, non-Public School District Purchase Orders will not be accepted at this time. Please email us at sales@shopftw.com for more information on this payment option, if needed.
We accept cashier's checks and money orders, however your order will be placed on hold until payment has been received.
Our checkout system is provided securely by Channel Advisor, an accurate, safe, and reliable checkout system. Please proceed through the checkout as instructed regardless of payment method. You will be able to choose your appropriate payment method (including manual payments, such as cashier's checks, money orders, or Purchase Order) before checkout is complete.
