FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Do you sell wholesale lots at even better prices?

Yes (for any items that we have sufficient quantity). Wholesale lots are generally purchase quantities of at least 100-200. Depending on the item, large lots may receive discounts of 10%-20%. Individual product listings will state if there are wholesale lots available, or you can contact us at sales@shopftw.com for availability.

2) How does your checkout work?

Our checkout system is provided securely by Channel Advisor, an accurate, safe, and reliable checkout system. Please proceed through the checkout as instructed regardless of payment method. You will be able to choose your appropriate payment method (including cashier's checks, money orders, or Purchase Orders) before checkout is complete. You will receive an e-mail confirmation, including a link to your personal checkout information page to the e-mail address you have provided during registration or checkout.

3) If I order more than one item will I receive a shipping discount?

No, our shipping is already discounted to give you the best possible deal. Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, there are no additional discounts available.

4) What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges will be listed on each individual product listing, and may vary depending on the product and location. For items that do not have a free or flat rate shipping, a shipping calculator is available on the listing (requires that pop-ups are enabled in your browser). Unless the listing or promotion states otherwise, shipping charges will not be reduced for combined or multiple purchases.

5) I live nearby, can I pick up the item from your warehouse to save on shipping?

Sorry, we only offer scheduled commercial pick-ups at our warehouse for wholesale orders.

6) I do not wish to use PayPal. What other forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer payments online by credit card or PayPal. We can accept cashier's checks or money orders, but delivery time will increase up to two weeks. No personal checks. We will also accept District Purchase Orders after credit approval. Please contact sales@shopftw.com for more details.

7) Can I get a smaller quantity than your listed lot size?

All of our products are pre-packaged in the listed lot size for speedy shipping and reduced costs. Thus, we cannot sell partial lots.

8) Why don’t you accept PO or APO box addresses?

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we have negotiated deals with UPS for most of our products. UPS will only deliver to a valid street address, and never to a Post Office (PO) or APO/MPO box. If you do not have another option, contact your local UPS store and you may be able to arrange shipping directly to the store.

9) Why can’t my order be delivered via USPS?

Our warehouses are streamlined to work with UPS, so in order to keep costs down, we cannot ship via U.S. Postal Service.

10) Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Due to the customs process and increased air shipping cost for duties, tariffs, taxes, and international banking differences, we are unable to ship our products to destinations outside of the 48 mainland United States. However, we will be happy to ship to an international freight forwarding service within the 48 contiguous U.S. states on your behalf. All other forwarding charges and details are the consumer's responsibility.

11) Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

No. We only ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. The required ocean and air shipping costs are too prohibitive for us to be able to offer our great prices.

12) Do you have a store where I may purchase your products?

We do not operate any retail locations. However, some of our products may be available from our regular distributors, particularly at Costco and Sam’s Club warehouse clubs.

13) What is the address to send a money order, cashier's check, or Purchase Order?

Please note that you are still required to go through the online checkout and select manual payment. Orders with manual payments by money order or cashier's check will not be shipped until after payment has been received, which may be up to two weeks. No personal checks, COD's, or private purchase orders (without credit approval). Send your payment, including your order number, to:

14) How do I choose what size school chair and table to order?

As a general rule there should be a 6-10" space between the chair's seat and the underside of the table. Age 2: 8-10" chair, 15-20" table Age 3: 10-12" chair, 16-21" table Age 4: 12-14" chair, 18-23" table Kindergarten: 12-14" chair, 19-23" table Grades 1&2: 12-14" chair, 19-25" table Grades 3&up: 14-16" chair, 21-27" table
